While I work with a wide variety of clients who have experienced trauma, most of my clients describe themselves as “overthinkers.” They’re often highly sensitive people (HSPs), creatives, professionals, and sometimes community leaders who are tired of over-striving, worrying about what others think, replaying conversations in their heads, and feeling bogged down by stress and anxiety. I incorporate KAP to help my clients work through old traumas, along with symptoms of panic and anxiety, so they can feel more present, deepen their relationships, and build lives and careers that are truly meaningful without a daily battle with overwhelm and burnout.
