I specialize in working with adults to improve and deepen relationships with self and others. Most of my clients come to get support with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. Eclectic depth therapy means I selectively apply techniques from a variety of approaches to best fit your unique needs, addressing body, mind, and spirit. I work primarily from a relational psychoanalytic lens to get to the root of the deeper issues by exploring your relational history and how it has shaped you, identifying your attachment style, and bringing your unconscious to light. As your therapist, I have a gentle and loving approach, while also challenging you and bringing attention to your blind spots (we all have ’em!) if need be. I will always show up with compassion, empathy, understanding, and acceptance.
