Specializing in reconnecting with self and our human and Earth communities in the face of trauma and chronic illness
I offer KAP in individual and group formats integrated with experiential therapies (EMDR, nature based mindfulness, embodied experiencing) within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework to support those struggling to connect and build meaningful lives while facing challenges such as trauma, loss, chronic illness, and changes in relationships, career, or health, and big issues like climate change, social inequity, and human supremacy. I also provide clinical supervision. I have been in mental health for over a decade, been licensed to provide mental health services since 2012, and have been privileged to work with individuals from 6 weeks through adulthood, and their families, teachers, and communities in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health/non-profits, inpatient psychiatric settings, and child welfare. Additionally, I have training and experience specific to working with queer and trans individuals and am certified in climate aware therapy.
