As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in supporting people experiencing feelings of low self-worth, challenging life transitions, and problematic relationship patterns. I also help individuals who are navigating gender and sexual identity concerns, grief, and trauma, and those working to heal their relationship with their body and food. My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, active, and nonjudgmental. Intentionally using an integrative approach to psychotherapy that incorporates tenets of interpersonal process and relational theories, I strongly believe that a safe, authentic, and trusting therapeutic relationship plays a key role in the healing. I deeply value transparency, humor, and flexibility and encourage open and direct feedback from her clients.
