About Amanda

You’re doing your best, but life feels heavier than it used to. You’re tired of pretending to be okay—inside, there’s sadness, worry, or anger you’ve pushed down for too long. You’re used to fixing things on your own, but this time, you feel stuck. Whether you’re facing OCD, burnout, anxiety, trauma, adverse religious experiences, or major life changes, you want to feel better. You’re not alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and work toward healing. I help clients move through grief, shame, doubt, and pain with compassion and courage. I hope you feel safe, seen, and truly heard in our work. We’ll find tools that work for you—whether that’s CBT, self-compassion, somatic skills, ERP, Brainspotting, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, or education and skill-building. Brainspotting Intensives are also available. My goal is to help you reconnect with your whole, authentic self.
