Specializing in trauma-attuned KAP for burnt out first responders, healthcare workers, and clinicians.
Some experiences leave marks that talk therapy alone can't always reach. I trained in KAP through Journey Clinical to work with exactly those places. My passion lies in supporting folks who have been burdened by the heavy weight of being in service to others - offering their inner sentinel an opportunity for sanctuary. I'm a trauma-attuned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA#161321) in Nevada City, CA, with experience in depth psychology, brainspotting, and crisis intervention. My approach is warm, tender, and harm reduction-informed — no pressure, no agenda, just a careful therapeutic container for preparation, the medicine session, and the integration work where opportunity opens up. I work with adults navigating trauma, burnout, moral injury, and identity issues--to include first responders, therapists, and activists/community organizers. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and welcome opportunities to offer reciprocity to marginalized communities.
