About Alison

I’m a California-licensed LMFT who helps adults, teens, and couples move through anxiety, trauma, body shame, and life transitions with a grounded, compassionate style. My approach blends somatic therapy, EMDR, attachment- and parts-informed work, mindfulness, and nature-based practices. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and experienced with ADHD and neurodivergence. As a Journey Clinical partner, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with clear thoughtful preparation, medicine sessions in a calm, supportive setting, and practical integration so insights become daily change. Sessions emphasize nervous system regulation, curiosity, and choice, with simple tools you can use between visits. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and down-to-earth. Equal parts science and soul. If you’re ready to feel more regulated, connected and self-trusting, I’d be honored to support you. In-person in Ventura County and via secure telehealth across California. Reach out to schedule a consult.
