My practice is especially suited to clients open to the spiritual dimensions of mental health and healing.
I work with adults seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity development, and life transitions. I aim to help those interested not only in symptom relief, but also in greater self-understanding, emotional integration, and meaningful personal growth. My clinical approach is insight-oriented, experiential, and relational. I practice Intensive Dynamic Psychotherapy, integrating psychodynamic frameworks with somatic and emotion-focused processing to help patients access and work through underlying emotional conflicts and patterns that contribute to suffering and stuckness. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in an awareness of the impact of systems, attachment, and relational experience on psychological functioning.
