I feel honored to be in this field. I have been practicing for over 10 years. I utilize somatic and EMDR tools that aim to decrease anxiety and improve mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, ART, and I'm a certified yoga instructor. As a trauma therapist, I have found all of these tools to be highly effective in helping people heal from their past and improve their relationships with themselves and others. Finding connection is always the intention.
