I provide a supportive, grounded space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted despite their best efforts. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a general sense of feeling “off” and unsure how to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools for change. I work with college students and adults and offer flexible telehealth sessions to make therapy more accessible and consistent. Together, we’ll move at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change and help you feel more like yourself again.
