About Abby

I approach ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with a collaborative mindset, blending evidence-based techniques with the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship. KAP can help break through emotional barriers and promote transformative healing. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and process challenges with support and guidance. I offer a warm, open-minded, and down-to-earth approach, bringing humor and directness when needed. In KAP, ketamine serves as a tool to enhance self-awareness and emotional healing, helping you become more present in your body, live authentically, and create meaningful change. I integrate mindfulness, body awareness, self compassion skills, and IFS to encourage healing and change. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, or seeking clarity, I’m here to support you every step of the way in your journey toward healing and transformation.
