I integrate a variety of different methodologies to help people find more meaning, joy, and resilience in today’s world.
I am a psychoanalyst with twenty years of experience, working with men, women, adolescents, couples and families in a variety of settings and capacities, including formerly incarcerated men and police officers. Integrating Buddhist concepts of mind, affect regulation through attachment work and psychodynamic work, I help people listen to and work with the underlying dynamics of their symptoms and suffering in order to empower them to have more capacity and resilience in navigating their inner world and their lives, especially in an increasingly chaotic and troubling world.
